Sam Frost is an Australian actress, media personality, author and content creator who first captured the hearts of the nation on The Bachelor Australia in 2014. Quickly becoming known as the quintessential Aussie girl next door, Sam went on to star as the very first lead of The Bachelorette Australia in 2015.
That same year, Sam expanded into radio, joining forces with Rove McManus as national radio host across the SCA network for 2 years.
From 2017 to 2022, she became a fan favourite on Home and Away, starring as Jasmine Delaney in the long-running Australian drama.
Sam’s natural charisma and talent across television and radio have earned her widespread recognition, including winning Radio Presenter of the Year at the Women of the Year Awards in 2016. Just six months into her role on Home and Away, she also received a nomination for the prestigious Graham Kennedy Award for Most Popular New Talent at the Logie Awards in 2018.
In 2026, Sam stepped into the podcasting world alongside best friend and fellow actress Sarah Roberts, launching Cracking On — a podcast featuring honest and heartfelt conversations with Australian celebrities and personalities about resilience, reinvention and overcoming adversity.
In 2022, after more than a year in development, Sam released her debut book Believe through Hachette Australia.
Outside of entertainment, Sam is a passionate travel enthusiast who loves nothing more than packing up for her next camping adventure. In 2022, she filmed the travel special My Road to Adventure for 7two alongside fiancé Jordie Hansenwhile travelling around Australia. The couple continue to document their adventures with their sons Ted and Bobby in Sam, Jordie & Ted’s Adventure, streaming on 7plus.
With a massive and highly engaged online following, Sam has become one of Australia’s most relatable and influential personalities.
