Cameron Daddo

Cameron Daddo began his multi-award-winning career in entertainment over 30 years ago. Today he hosts a number-one rating national radio show seven nights a week on Smooth FM, releases his own music on Spotify, and continues to travel the world hosting Luxury Escapes TV on Foxtel.

He has covered just about every angle — acting, producing and directing for film and television, through to musical theatre. He is also a published singer/songwriter, magazine columnist, television host and radio announcer.

After marrying model Alison Brahe, the pair moved to Los Angeles in 1992, spending 25 years there and working with the likes of George Lucas, Joe Carnahan and David Lynch, while appearing in many top-rating television shows including Models Inc, the CSI and NCIS franchises, and The Mentalist. He also featured as the Vice President in a season of 24 and played the President in the hit series Nikita.

Now based in Sydney, Cameron has continued to work between the US and Australia. His stage credits include Once, Captain Von Trapp in The Sound of Music, narrator for The Rocky Horror Show, Legally Blonde, and Circle Mirror Transformation at Sydney Theatre Company alongside Rebecca Gibney. His television drama credits include Last Days of the Space Age, Beaconsfield, and a long run as series regular Adam Goodman in Packed to the Rafters, along with dual roles as brothers Evan and Owen on Home and Away. He also appeared alongside Sally Phillips (Bridget Jones’s Diary) in How to Please a Woman.

Cameron’s long-running and popular podcast Separate Bathrooms, recorded with wife Ali Brahe-Daddo, evolved into a new show, The Heart of It, relaunched with Nova Podcasts with the same warmth, wisdom and candid conversations.
