The fabulous Fren Family brought their Travel Guides expertise to their own hometown’s Newcastle Airport this June, where they flew on the inaugural Jetstar flight to Cairns. The flight received a 5 star review from Mark Fren, “It is amazing, in under 3 hours we were in Cairns and coming back it took only 2 hours 11 minutes. I feel like that is the sign of a good holiday when you are not dreading the trip home.”
They spent three sun-soaked days in Cairns staying at the Crystalbrook Flynn, and filled their days taking the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway up to Kuranda, as well as a day trip out to the Great Barrier Reef with Sunlover Reef Cruises. Cathy loved her time on the private snorkelling tour, “It’s just one of those things you have to experience at least once in your life… I didn’t have my head out of the water, I was just fascinated the whole time, it really does blow you away.”
