Dennis Scott is a former professional rugby league star, current owner of landscaping company, Lush Landscape Solutions and co-host of Selling Houses Australia. He brings a unique set of skills picked up along the way from the footy field to TV, among them, qualified mechanic, carpenter and journalism graduate.

With an NRL career that spanned 10 years, Dennis played for several clubs including the Brisbane Broncos from 1996 through to 1999 when he joined Canterbury Bankstown. He remained at the club for 6 years before linking with Craig Bellamy and the Melbourne Storm. After a successful career in the NRL, Scott made the decision to retire from the sport in 2005 after suffering a long battle with injuries.

He re-trained as a Carpenter which saw him develop an interest in landscaping, and eventually create his own company specializing in everything from landscape design and construction to property maintenance. Dennis has a true passion for designing uniquely Australian outdoor spaces, and is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to sustainable design solutions.

As the exterior host of Foxtel’s popular lifestyle show Selling Houses Australia, Dennis is tackling his television career head on lighting up the screen with his take on helping families sell their homes under enormous pressures, and doing it in style.
