LOTUS is Chi Nguyen’s comedy cabaret about her life as a Vietnamese immigrant in Australia.
After a sold-out closing night and nomination for Best Cabaret – Melbourne Fringe Awards 2019, LOTUS is back by popular demand to Melbourne International Comedy Festival 2020.
Dramaturged by Jean Tong (Malthouse Theatre’s Romeo is Not The Only Fruit) and mentored by Michele Lee (Malthouse Theatre’s GOING DOWN), LOTUS, is the talk of the town you don’t want to miss. If anything, come for the Vietnamese coffee and rice paper rolls Chi will be making onstage!
