Karen’s new restaurant HERO will open in the all-new ACMI building at Federation Square in Melbourne in early 2021.
She takes the reins as ACMI’s creative food director with the launch of her new hospitality venture, Hospitality M, with business partner Michael Gebran. Karen will bring together food and culture in a stunningly designed new space, serving all day dining and casual drinks seven days a week.
